SAP Basis Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for you to be the part of SAP IT team, focusing on setting up and running the required technical infrastructure for SAP systems, managing SAP Cloud environment including SAP Success Factors, where you will:

• Be responsible for preparing SAP systems and connections timely for ERP modernization program
• Complete SAP Basis configuration, installation and upgrades tasks, tune performance, setup and perform diagnostics and resolutions of system issues
• Implement SAP best practices
• Install new SAP S/4HANA systems, patch, and upgrade SAP HANA databases
• Manage Transport Management System across the SAP landscape
• Participate in SAP system technical design, apply OSS notes, and manage OSS connections
• Apply support packages and enhancement packages
• Schedule and execute backups to ensure the health of the SAP systems and landscape
• Implement SAP Single sign on for all SAP systems
• Perform SAP HANA replication and monitor disaster recovery sites, as necessary
• Troubleshoot front-end components (GUI, FIORI, etc.)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Basis area
• SAP applications based on SAP NetWeaver 7.5 + platform installation, upgrade, and maintenance experience
• Experience with S4/HANA and BW4/HANA installation, configuration, and administration
• Experience with SAP HANA 2.0 Installation and administration
• Experience of working in multi-tier IT architectures
• SAP HANA system administration using SAP HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio experience
• SAP HANA migration experience in cloud-based (AWS/AZURE) infrastructure
• SAP Solution Manager 7.2 configuration experience including CHARM
• An ability to support Live incidents
