SENIOR COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Are you an experienced Compliance Specialist with experience in Anti-Money-Laundering, Fraud, and Corruption prevention? Join Avia Solutions Group PLC as Senior Compliance Specialist. We are looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist to join the Risk Management Department of the Avia Solutions Group PLC.

Avia Solutions Group Risk Management department provides and coordinates Onboarding and Due Diligence Services, Data Protection, AML Risk Prevention, and Fraud & Corruption Risk Prevention for Avia Solutions Group PLC and its subsidiary companies.

For such a significant role, we require you to have experience in AML, Fraud, and Corruption prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Working to develop and update policies and procedures and training materials to be used throughout the organization
• Monitoring new legislation and regulations to ensure compliance with these standards and creating new policies and procedures for the organization to follow
• Identify and research potential fraud & Corruption cases
• Coordinating with Avia Solutions Group subsidiaries to ensure that Group Compliance requirements are met
• Analyze and prepare reports regarding fraud, Corruption across the group
• Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of the anti-Fraud, anti-Corruption, and AML programs across the group.

Requirements:

• Requires 2+ years of work experience in Compliance, AML, Corruption or Fraud prevention
• Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ethical approach and ability to remain impartial and independent
• Fluency in English.
