Aviator Airport Alliance AB is the Nordic one-stop shop for aviation services. The company is well recognised for its exceptional service guarantee, offering passenger and baggage handling, full freight handling, station services, de-icing of aircraft, lounges, and the NORDIC DINO Aircraft Washing Robot.This position will require maintaining the full-cycle accounting for a holding entity with a perspective of taking over the accounting operations of its subsidiaries.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in accounting position;
• Good knowledge of the accounting principles and experience with the full-cycle of the Company’s accounting period and closing transactions;
• Knowledge of M&A and reorganization accounting;
• Knowledge of the specifics of holding entity accounting;
• IFRS knowledge and ability to apply daily considered as an advantage;
• High level of spoken and written English (basic knowledge of Swedish considered as an advantage);
• MS Office advanced user with high proficiency in MS Excel;
• Project management skills, analytical and critical thinking, pro-activity considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the Company’s accounting function;
• Full-cycle accounting of day-to-day transactions (bank, payroll, taxes, etc.);
• Taxes calculation, declaration and reporting to the required authorities;
• Review and management of accounting related primary documents;
• Coordination of the auditing process and responsibility for its results;
• Preparation of a group reporting package including a report on intercompany transactions;
• Preparation of financial statements and reporting to required authorities;
• Preparation of management reports;
• Reporting to the Department of Statistics when needed;
• Participation in projects related to accounting function centralization and optimization;
• Organization of team work if needed;
• Consulting the management of financial matters;
• Implementation and development of analytical tools;
