Analyst, Major Incident Management

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Requirements:
• Experience in IT service operations or similar Operations role
• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-orientated approach and great communication skills
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
• Curiosity and you will need to ask questions
• Education in IT would be a plus

Responsibilities:
• Be a Major Incident coordinator during the end–to–end process of incident management
• Lead the troubleshooting calls and coordinate the service restoration efforts with various IT teams worldwide
• Question the processes or find ways to improve what you do
• Closely collaborate with various teams and report to management on the service status
