Marsh Graduate Development Program is a project for ambitious and speaking foreign languages graduates who want to develop their competencies and gain experience in areas related to risk management, insurance, brokerage and sales.

The program assumes involvement in projects led by selected departments allowing the graduate the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in different areas. The program will be implemented under the guidance of a dedicated mentor who provides a comprehensive support in achieving the goals to the newjoiner.

You will obtain responsibility of an account executive assistant for daily tasks from employee benefits administration systems and employee benefits department colleagues.
