What we’re looking for:
Sermo is in search of a motivated junior Survey Programmer, who will be responsible for setting up an online survey as per Client provided Questionnaire. Survey Programming team works closely with Quality Assurance and Project Managers to ensure the success of the project. We also provide two-months internal training and experienced mentor to feel confident in your new job!

Responsibilities
• Programming online surveys using Confirmit platform and WEB technologies (JavaScript, CSS and HTML);
• Managing internal communication with other team members/departments;
• Consulting Clients on improving the accuracy and efficiency of their Questionnaire by suggesting modifications to online survey and layout;
• Managing Client specific requests;
• Ensuring all work is on the highest standard;
• Complying with internal workflow procedures.

Skills and Qualifications
• Programming University degree (bachelor or higher);
• Knowledge of WEB technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
• Experience in JQuery framework would be an advantage;
• Fluent English, both written and oral;
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
• Effective communication skills;
• Good planning skills with strong attention to details.
