What You'll Be Doing

As Omnichannel Store Planner you will be responsible for execution of marketing plans for one of the countries in Nordic region, ensuring timely and correct data and analyses input regarding Avon brands and delivering of company KPIs.

· Insuring relevant activity planning on market level to reach company’s given strategic goals
· Aligning and presenting key focuses for assigned channels on a monthly basis
· Communicating and collaborating with the analytics, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure smooth plan execution
· Ensuring that the right price positioning is achieved across the campaign to meet set targets
· Providing timely feedback from local team to Central marketing in line with local strategy
· Tracking marketing KPIs on campaign basis and take corrective actions when necessary; reviewing campaign trend & preparing contingency plans and business cases based on the trend report
· Supervising copywriting, proof checking, competitor activity monitoring

· At least 2-years’ experience in Marketing campaign planning in FMCG field
· Excellent communication skills – English + local language are a must
· Decision-maker & Self-starter & Ability to prioritize
· Microsoft Office skills
· Stress-resistant, assertive and well-organized person
· Great analytical skills
