Role Summary:

Billing Supervisor oversees patient billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that billing operations are efficient in terms of resources and processes, and effective in terms of meeting customer and business requirements within EMEA.

In this role you will lead a team of Billing Specialists to provide best-in-class service to internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures billing operations are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Supervise and lead the team to ensure proper work allocation, team performance and development.
  • Foster relationships with cross-functional teams and customers across EMEA locations.
  • Play a key role in developing and implementing process and system improvements to maintain standardized best practices across EMEA.
  • Review and improve billing operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and drive corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned or requested.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA/ BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Salesforce or other major CRM system experience required.
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel required.
  • Ability to translate and analyze data into reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong people management skills and customer service mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,960 EUR gross.
*The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
