The Implementation and Integration Analyst is responsible for the overseeing customer services representative process documentation and flow. Article update and maintenance, process standardization, improvement, and feedback loop. This position supports projects assigned by the manager with medium complexity, knowledge, and stakeholders' participation with moderate level of guidance and direction.

Better starts and ends with the customer

You may be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing changes for both new and existing processes for Tier1. You will provide guidance to back-office areas in the article and process development. You will have end-to-end ownership of the assigned Jira process board and be responsible for optimization roadmap and backlog.

You will gather new requirements, features, and changes from product/process managers and translating them into user business requirements, procedure guidelines and execution within the required timelines and make data analysis, process mapping, investigation, and testing for care process.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 3+ experience in financial services industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results (Stakeholder & Change Management)
  • 3+ years operations/customer care experience
  • Lean, Six Sigma / Agile, or similar background is a plus
  • An ability to identify issues, use independent judgment, solve problems, plan, negotiate and persuade
  • Customer Service, Leadership, Listening, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Detail Oriented, Problem Solving

Additional Job Description

The monthly gross base salary range is 1617 – 2858 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
