DANISH SPEAKING PROCESS SPECIALIST

Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative, structured and motivated Danish speaker to join our team.

• Help customers with various P&C products in order to get to know them better
• Resolve different policy updates and give support customers with issues/queries
• Provide other services to ensure the best experience for the customer
• Ensure that information in the system is always recorded and updated properly
• Proactively identify and solve issues in the system
• Review that Customers’ / Insurers’ documents are compliant to existing procedures

• Have good Danish language skills (B1 and above)
• Have strong motivation to provide highest level of customer satisfaction
• Be accurate, structured, and detail oriented
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills
• Have positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment
• Have experience in Insurance, Finance or Customer Care, but this would be an advantage, not a requirement
