And we are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT / ANALYST to join our team:
Key Responsibilities
- Data collection, analysis and systematization
- Monitoring and evaluating current trends within the industry
- Monitoring and analysis of global tenders, preparation of necessary documents for tenders
- Designing and developing reports using multiple data sources and Excel. Providing KPI analysis and insights accordingly
- Prepare materials for sales meetings, craft presentations, sales reports
- Identifying new customers and sales channels
- Working with international projects and contributing to the success and growth of the business
- Supporting sales and marketing process with in-country promotional activities including, but not limited to marketing material, trade shows and exhibitions, field trials and customer visits
- Close collaboration with regional sales managers in their everyday tasks
Requirements and Expectations

- Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications

- Clean records. The selected candidate will have to obtain permission to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate form 049a (a medical examination certificate same as the one necessary for a permit to acquire a weapon)

Brolis Semiconductors UAB was established in 2011 by the Vizbaras brothers – Augustinas, Kristijonas and Dominykas (“BROLIS” means “Brother” in Lithuanian) – as a spin-off from the elite German Walter Schottky Institute. In 2012 the company attracted initial venture capital (VC) funding and built its state-of-the-art facility in Vilnius, Lithuania. In 2015 BROLIS attracted new investments from major solid-state manufacturers to replace the VC funding and help the company become a vertically integrated manufacturer. The buy-out of shares from the VC fund was successfully completed in 2017.
BROLIS primarily engages in creating some of the world’s finest infrared laser products, ranging from near infrared to mid-infrared. BROLIS’ unique area of specialisation and its epitaxy facility (one of the largest in the world) for the production of GaSb-based mid-infrared optoelectronics have helped the company develop numerous devices that offer record-breaking performance on the largest industrial GaSb substrate platform on today’s market.
