About the position
We are looking for an addition to our administration team: someone with a proactive and analytical attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
In this role you will work in close cooperation with the administration manager and cost department.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Implementation of the project's budget control software (Brickcontrol)
- Bookkeeping in Brickcontrol
- Development of internal cost control procedures and manuals
- Monthly costs and production closings
- Assisting the administration department in other tasks
We expect that you:
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills
- Are native Lithuanian speakers. B2-C1 level of English
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Can work independently and partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
- Have good analytical and reporting skills
- Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Are accurate and attentive to detail
- Are proactive and have good problem-solving skills
