You are the one

If you’d be happy to join AP Manager position which is taking end-to-end responsibility for the proper execution of the Service Centre Operations for the AP processes for assigned countries and driving continuous improvement, process standardisation and realisation of efficiency targets in AP process field, you will:


- Own ultimate responsibility for effective supplier invoice and personnel management in AP function
- Maintain and improve the Operational performance results within the AP department including consistent achievement of SLA and KPI metrics
- Develop and manage effective AP strategies, aiming to increase automation and eliminate non-value-add steps for continuous improvement
- Oversee and continuously improve AP controls, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement best practices and value-added solutions for clients across AP Teams
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proactive interface to other functions (e.g. Procurement, IT, etc.) to enhance supplier related processes
- Assist with challenging client requests or handle escalations as needed
- Manage the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members, including approximately 3-4 AP team leaders as direct reports
- Develop and revise AP Department policies and procedures, aiming to mitigate risk and/or increase efficiency
- Manage and oversee AP ERP and systems development, training of AP team, as well as business end users within the organization
- Support other projects and initiatives that ensure the optimisation of the SSC operating model

We would love you to have...

- University degree (BSc/MSc) in Economics or Business Administration with major in accounting or equivalent experience
- Plus 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting operations, preferably in a Service Centre AP environment, with a thorough knowledge of accounting and business processes including interfaces, as well as related IT systems.
- Target and result driven attitude
- Change management skills
- Intercultural and excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management skills and ability of setting priorities in complex environment.
- Proficiency in English
