We are currently looking for HR Administrator to join us at KlasJet in Vilnius.

Your main tasks would be:

  • Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, commands, record sick or maternity leave).
  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases.
  • Answering employees queries about HR-related issues.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Document management.
  • Help organize internal company events, training, and other HR projects.
  • Assistance in other HR related and administrative processes.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Higher education.
  • Proven experience in an HR role.
  • Work experience in an HR role of more than 1 year.
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficiency in the Lithuanian and English languages.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy in working with data.
  • Proactive, positive, open-minded, can-do attitude.
