Requirements for candidates
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Familiarity with management tools as Jira, Confluence, Cameo or similar
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages
- Flexibility to use Agile practices would be a plus
Job description
- Improve B2X customer experience and enable them to solve daily issues online
- Play the key role in implementing strategic projects and bringing business vision to real life
- Take responsibility for analyzing, evaluating and documenting business needs for the assigned business value stream
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement
- Perform requirements analysis, drawing charts and flows
- Gather critical information from various stakeholders and produce useful reports
- Work closely with the Product Owner, various business and IT stakeholders
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Participate in acceptance of the delivered solution
