Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will contribute to finding candidates who are most qualified to meet the organisation's needs.

• Source and attract top talents using a variety of search methods to fill our open positions
• Recruit applicants, review resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks
• Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
• Attend job fairs, college campuses, meetups, etc.
• Ensure highest standards of the organisation’s image internally and externally (during job interviews, advertisements, career fairs)
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities

• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist (in FinTech would be considered as an advantage)
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for specified roles
• Excellent skills in sourcing and attracting passive candidates
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Self-confidence and self-starter
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written in Lithuanian and English
