• Turn data into insights: data answers the question what, information answers the question why, while we need you to give insights, that is answer a question SO WHAT, WHAT NEXT and how we can IMPROVE;
• Build relationship between Finance and Business Unit to influence decision making;
• Challenge and ask questions - the only stupid question is the one you don't ask;
• Lead a team of cost controllers while enabling their growth and unleashing their potential.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in financial, business analysis or controlling;
• Have a university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field;
• Have analytical thinking;
• Be curious and easy learning;
• Be results and business oriented;
• Bring a creative approach to problem solving;
• Present a strong feel of ownership.
