As a Telecommunications Engineer, you'll have the exciting opportunity to design, develop, and test cutting-edge telecommunications networks to optimize performance and cost efficiency. From studying current telecom costs to proposing innovative solutions, your role will have a direct impact on improving service quality and reducing expenses. To succeed in this role, you will need:
At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, vendor management, IT Project Management, or a similar field
Data-driven: experience with analytical tools and data analysis
Project management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,283 – 3,541 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
