We are proud of being a group of companies working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for a HR Business Partner to maintain a successful growth of Teltonika IoT Group in our regional offices.

In HR Business Partner role, you will guide and support HR and leadership team in North and South America offices towards contributing defined HR focus areas aligned with company’s strategy and upcoming business needs.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Proactively guide and support Regional HR colleagues and leadership on all HR-related matters and defined HR focus areas
• Develop Regional HR team, providing ongoing feedback, conducting 1on1 meetings, and helping employees to improve performance objectives
• Oversee and ensure continuous improvements of Talent Acquisition process in order to meet the needs of a growing organisation – both excellent candidate quality and time frames between recruitment steps
• Ensure that recruitment, onboarding, retention and offboarding processes are aligned with defined HR goals as well adapted to the needs of offices and cultures which we operate
• Provide communication on changes and updates on all HR programs and policies to Regional offices
• Be partner and work closely with other teams of our HR Department (Trainings & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR data and etc)

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

• Have prior experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar) having worked in an international environment

• Have a strong understanding of all core HR processes, with a view of what works and what doesn’t
• Able to express your ideas and thoughts, you’re someone who can give and receive feedback and willing to change according lessons learned experience
• Are a strong communicator, with full professional proficiency in English, Spanish/Portuguese would be an advantage
• Enjoy taking ownership and solving HR challenges proactively
• Previous partnering, team management abilities and organizational skills
• Work well in a remote team environment and are completely comfortable collaborating remotely, as well as manage matrix teams

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~3300 Eur – 5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
