As Customer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, comments and complaints. You will be our key person guiding our VIP customers through ongoing investment projects.

• Maintain strong, long lasting, collaborative partnerships with existing customers and build relationships with newly acquired ones.
• Providing customer support via email, live chat and phone.
• Working independently and in collaboration with other team members.
• Troubleshooting and seeking solutions to problems related questions and concerns received from customers.
• Participating in product development initiatives.

• Business-to-consumer, client facing experience with strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills to make your point and successfully pitch your ideas.
• High level time management skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English (other languages considered as an advantage).
• Interest in finance and investments.
• Team Player with a positive attitude.

• Monthly salary for this position 1,800 - 2600 EUR gross.
