As Relationship Manager you will ( Responsibilities include but are not limited to ):
- Having an outstanding knowledge of PayAlly’s product and offerings
- Responding to customer inquiries with the requested business and product information in a timely and efficient manner
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships while demonstrating PayAlly’s passion for customer care
- Closely working with Customer Acquisition Manager to assist with the onboarding process of new customers
- Escalating complex cases and following up accordingly on their resolutions
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in customer service (Key Account)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English and Russian).
Nice to have skills/ experience:
- Experience in Financial Services or Fintech industry
