We are looking for a colleague, who would join and lead our curious and united Talent Acquisition team and help us with search and selection in all areas of the Group, across different business segments and countries. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Take ownership of talent acquisition and recruitment process life cycle within the Group.
• Manage one-of-a-kind or complex selection projects as well as search and select top level executives within the Group.
• Manage stakeholder expectations 
• Act as supervisor for Talent Acquisition team: train and mentor team members.
• Take the lead in achieving Group's growth goals.
• Use recruitment metrics for improvement.
• Be an ambassador of internal career with the Group.
• Take steps to ensure unique experience for candidates.

• Are a leader - people look to you for direction and feel supported by you.
• Can help stakeholders to make the best decision.
• Have successfully hired top-level management in Lithuania and internationally.
• Are passionate about recruitment and networking.
• Have experience of working in a matrix organization would be benefit for us.
