Join the dynamic and fast-paced Western Union Enterprise Technology Operations Center Team (ETOC) and become a key player in ensuring the smooth running of Western Union's global operations. As a member of the ETOC team, you'll have the opportunity to troubleshoot and support Western Union applications used by partners across the globe, testing production changes, coordinating with other support teams, and working with cutting-edge tools and teams. This is your chance to make a real impact and develop your skills while supporting a vital part of Western Union's business.

 

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have: 

  • At least a year of experience in customer facing role (preferably, in operations, customer service, or IT)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English with a focus on providing great customer service

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Time management skills would be helpful

  • Technical background would be a plus

The monthly gross base salary is from 1,662 - 1,906 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
