What You Will Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and performance by implementing and executing local initiatives that resonate with the local market situation in investment and pension sales area
- Organize, engage, and motivate employees within your area of responsibility through coaching and proactive interactions
- Create an environment of business growth and lead the team to achieve targets set (KPIs, OKRs)
- Represent Luminor as a company and bring our vision and values to the society. Being present and taking active communicator role
- Ensure the data quality and inserting data into Banking systems according to existing quality standards, processes and procedures
- Ensure efficient staffing of the team through selecting and de-selecting team members and building a high performing team.
What We Expect:
- Previous experience in Sales of Pension and Investment products area
- 1+ year cross- functional and cross-border cooperation experience
- Knowledge of customer and employee behavior patterns
- People and performance management skills
- Initiative and high-level of responsibility
- Ability to combine strategic thinking capability with hands-on approach
- BFAA and CFA certificates will be considered as an advantage
- Higher education in Economics, Business Administration or other
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
