Job description

As a chapter leader, you will have a split responsibility: You will be the HR manager for the data engineers, setting the future data platform standards while at the same time working in a squad as a data engineering/warehouse specialist.  

By joining the Data Analysis chapter which consists of 7 people, you will contribute to developing an integrated and scalable platform. In addition, you will ensure the development and evolution of enterprise business, working with practical and consistent information. 

The Data Analysis chapter is responsible for the development of data transformation for customer reporting, internal reporting, and authorities and compliance reporting. And also, for the development of business reporting, dashboards, data analytics, and business self-service capabilities through OBIEE/OAS and application development (APEX/Rest APIs). 

Job Description: 

  • Be accountable for chapter members’ growth on a professional as well as personal level. 
  • Define and develop guidelines, including best practices to improve the data platform and the execution of chapter members’ responsibilities, and conduct setting goals and performance reviews. 
  • Design technical solutions for the projects within DWH to fulfill business purposes. 
  • Perform practical steps to solve data and performance issues. 
  • Develop business reporting, dashboards, and data analytics. 
  • Create API interfaces for internal and external consumers.

Requirements

  • You have been leading a team for some time or you come from a senior or chief developer position with the motivation to take on a leadership role.  
  • 5+ years of experience in ETL development in Oracle database (ODI or OWB tools, PL/SQL). 
  • High proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. 
  • Experience in Data Warehouse Modelling.  
  • Understanding of the performance optimization in the Oracle database. 
  • Advanced English language skills and used to communicate with business stakeholders.
