Currently we are looking for MARKETING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will work in close collaboration with the local Lithuanian commercial team and will support the development of crop nutrition business. The Marketing Specialist will have the overall responsibility of Lithuanian marketing channels including, for instance, Yara websites and social media channels. In addition, successful candidate will work closely with channel partners and farmers. The role will require some travelling.

Marketing Specialist responsibilities will include:

• Creating marketing content with local sales team
• Process coordination for value proposition development with key channels partners and farmers
• Stakeholder management with the internal development units (i.e. Yara Farming Solutions, central marketing team)
• Interaction with external partners such as advertising agencies and film production companies
• Supporting sales team in organizing events

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and/or Marketing / Business
• 3-5 years working in Marketing or Agribusiness
• Experience with Brand building and an eye for design
• Understanding of premium positioning requirements
• Experience with Project Management and organization of events
• Business oriented and results driven 
• “Can do attitude” and ability to work in a dynamic environment 
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English 
• Able to travel

Salary range

Starting from 2250 Eur/month gross (before taxes)
