Better starts and ends with the customer

Role Responsibilities

  • E-commerce payment and business analysis, and periodic reporting for business teams

  • Perform analysis of operational trends, comparisons, and metric run rates to assess operational success, evaluate opportunities and provide solutions

  • Analyze the performance of various existing payment products

  • Support the launch of new products, countries, and product improvements

  • Support bank outreach program with high-quality analysis and suggest action items

  • Detect product performance defects and implement changes

  • Optimize reporting and deliver new standards

  • Run projects to create, and improve new products, and work with virtual teams across the globe (San Francisco, India, Europe, etc.)

  • Support regional managers in the decision-making process and work closely with the operations team to solve issues

Role Requirements

  • Education or equivalent experience is required

  • 1-year relevant work experience, or equivalent

  • Good skills in either MS Excel, SQL, or Power Bi (other data analytics and reporting tools would be a plus)

  • Experience in writing database queries

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated results-oriented approach to work

  • Ability to grasp new ideas and integrate quickly to deliver results

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and across teams

  • Knowledge of various payment types and processing flows would be a plus

The monthly gross base salary range is 1616 – 2383 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
