Our Private Banking Unit in Lithuania looking for a new team member. This role requires to establish new and maintain the existing relations with clients while commuting and meeting clients in Vilnius and Kaunas regions.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Broaden the customer base of the Private Banking Department in Vilnius and Kaunas regions
  • Establish and maintain reliable relations with customers by showing initiative and interest in determining customer needs, proposing best solutions and providing better customer service
  • To consult the Private Banking clients on daily banking, credit, investment, saving and other banking products
  • Determine and update the customer’s long-term investment goals and risk tolerance on a regular basis
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and our business goals by delivering solutions that meet the financial needs of customers in your target group / portfolio
  • Increase added value for both the customer and the bank
  • Determine and map customer needs and walk the customer through choices of everyday banking products, while ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping in mind the bank’s interests
  • Ensure to meet the agreed sales targets
  • Provide relevant information to the customers and maintain their contact details up-to-date in our systems
  • Request information and materials necessary for submitting the customer’s loan and limit applications and defend the applications at the credit committee
  • Represent the unit and/or department in a professional manner and introduce the private banking services to internal and external parties, in order to ensure high customer satisfaction and good reputation of the employee/bank.



What We Expect:

  • 3-5 years of experience in providing excellent client service in banking sector
  • High education in Economics, Business Management or Finance
  • BFAA or equivalent license
  • Excellent understanding of Investment services and Banking products
  • High ethical standards, integrity, good reputation and a commitment to act in the best performance practices
  • Customer focus mentality with a readiness to take a full ownership
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Innovative, creative, initiative mindset
  • Flexibility and openness to change
  • Lithuanian languages skills is must and English - excellent written and verbal communication skills.
