IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: 

Provide assistance to business (B2B) customers: from a small local EV charging stations integrator, to a global corporation, providing green energy solutions across the world. Communication with customers is conducted via our Ticketing system or Conferencing platforms. A typical working day at the end of first year will consist of the following:

• advising said customers how to use our products within their solutions, solving their challenges related to Teltonika Networks products, both in writing and during online meetings
• self-sufficient resolution of technical issues originating from customer’s configuration, firmware/software, other sources
• preparing documentation for internal and external use (e.g. Teltonika Wiki)
• you shall play a role of a link between a customer and Teltonika Networks RnD when it comes to complex challenges
• you will have hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

• Have ability and desire to help others
• Have prior experience in Customer Service
• Have good communication skills and etiquette both in speaking and writing
• Have higher or equivalent technical / engineering education
• Have good English language skills (advanced user level), knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage
• Have capability of working in a fast-paced environment
• Have basics in Computer Networking
• Have ability to form technical documentation
• Knowledge or certification in CCNA or similar courses is an advantage
   

OUR OFFER 

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 9 Eur/h up to 13 Eur/h (~1500 Eur - 2160 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
