We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our StrongPoint Technology team.
The Team
You will be part of the team that is developing and supporting retail solutions in areas such as self-service, cash management, and goods vending for global markets. The team consists of software, electronics and mechanical engineers in total 28, located in Vilnius and Stockholm development hubs.
What responsibilities will you have
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the organization and stakeholders
• Manage risks and issues, including identifying potential problems and propose mitigation actions
• Setup project governance, structure, roles & responsibilities
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Required competencies
• 4+ years of IT project management experience with proven knowledge and practical application of project management best practices
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Strong moderation, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Have experience working in an international environment

• Gross salary for this position 3070 - 4605 Eur. The salary offer for a candidate depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate
