Requirements for candidates

We are looking for two interns to join our team as Business Development Managers.

Requirements:

• Readiness and ability to meet ambitious targets and achieve key performance metrics.
• Strong interest and ideally proven ability to generate leads independently through cold calls and proactive contacts on LinkedIn and other social networks, as well as manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Willingness to work on establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with VP/C-level managers and key decision-makers in companies from various industries with an annual turnover of more than 5 million euros and/or a headcount of 50 people.
• High interest in the field of information technology, and ideally a basic understanding of how CRM systems work. Passion to learn quickly in this area.
• Strong determination and the ability to persist in the face of challenges.

Job description

As the Lithuanian market has grown in the past year and its great potential is evident, we seek to actively grow the local customer base. Therefore, we are looking for individuals with a university degree or who are 3rd or 4th-year students, who are interested in taking on the challenge to lead business development activities of Aimaras in Lithuania.

As a Business Development Manager, you will work with senior executives of top 500 companies in Lithuania and your responsibilities will include building your own sales funnel and leading potential customers from the first contact to the signing of the contract. The founder and CEO of the company will be managing the interns himself. 

Conditions and requirements:
• 5 hours per day work schedule
• For a trial period (the first 3 months) - work on a personal computer.
• While external communication will be primarily in Lithuanian, the main language of communication with colleagues is English or Russian.
• Active work on LinkedIn: at least two professional posts per week.

Below are Sales Targets to illustrate your tasks at this job:
• 30 new cold leads (MQL – marketing qualified leads) per month.
• 10 hot leads (SQL – sales qualified leads) per month.
• 1 signed contract per month.
• Target check: 15,000 euros/year for licenses and 10,000 euros for services.
