Outokumpu is looking for a leader in Operational Excellence/LEAN with experience of delivering tangible benefits. You will be part of a small team, managing your own projects as well as supporting LEAN/SixSigma activities within the company, conducting analysis and designing solutions to complex problems. Ideally, you have experience working with financial processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Report to Site manager and work closely with site management team/stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver relevant solutions to increase process effectiveness and productivity
• Support Outokumpu Vilnius ambition for continuous process and productivity improvement, operational management perfection
• Ensure process optimization & structured process development with Service Managers and operational teams
• Support Service Managers with E2E process Design and review
• Organize and deliver Yellow Belt training and certification
• Support service architecture development (incl. service catalogues, process modelling and process documentation, reporting dashboards, etc.)
• Benchmark Outokumpu Vilnius solutions internally and externally
• Deliver necessary communications on system / process changes to all stakeholders

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree from an accredited University
• 5+ years of proven analytical experience from a similar role leading LEAN and Continuous Improvement activities, project management and business analysis
• Excellent understanding of project management and of Continuous Improvement concept including LEAN, Structured Problem Solving, value stream mapping
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and experience in applying process digitalisation solutions (RPA, AI, ML, Process mining, Data analytics, etc.) would be an advantage
• LEAN Six Sigma Green or Black belt and / or Project Management qualification would be an advantage
• Experience of working in a Service Centre environment and / or within Finance & Accounting, Procurement, HR Services functions would be an advantage

The position is to be filled as soon as possible and will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role you will report to the Site Manager.

Monthly salary range for this position: 4000 – 5000 EUR brutto (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
