Office Administrator
We are looking for a „High fly” Office Administrator to ensure the best administration services both for our employees and the clients.
As an Office administrator you will:
- Implement processes and procedures for efficient day to day office operations;
- Manage the reception area and serve as first point of contact for external vendors, guests, candidates, and clients;
- Ensure fluent flow of internal and external documents;
- Ensure phone calls and other incoming information fluent flow;
- Manage relationships and day to day work with local vendors including catering, snacks, maintenance, etc.;
- Collaborate with HR team working on HR administration tasks;
- Assist employees on administrative questions.
Your experience and skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (experience in custom support would be an advantage);
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Fluent English, Russian would be preferable as well;
- Experience in MS Office (knowing other document management and/ or IT systems would be an advantage);
- Ownership and responsibility;
- Willingness to learn and grow.
