We are happy to share that we are expanding Data Analytics Hub in Telia Global Services Lithuania and we are ready to grow our forces in marketing automation area and opening new role in our team.

I'm Aurimas Aidukas, Lead of Martech Developer team and looking for first marketing automation specialists in our team.

Your next challenge?

Our goal is to create actual business value using modern cloud solutions and make Telia Company more customer-centric. To succeed, we need to build more dynamic and personalized, but also scalable solutions. This is where we need your help. Our target architecture includes various technologies like Salesforce Marketing cloud and Blueconic, and we were hoping you could bring your expertise and ability within this area to our team.

If you want to be at the forefront of marketing automation and work with exciting technologies, you are a perfect fit for our team.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• independent construction of marketing automation based on ready-made need definitions
• planning and building automations to promote B2B business together with the marketing team
• automation piloting and optimization
• independent construction of automation monitoring
• documentation of implemented measures

Who are you?

• patient and caring in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audience
• analytical and insights-driven
• great collaboration, communication and teamworking skills (job language – English)
• positive outlook when working in matrix agile environment
• self-leadership skills

Your knowledge:

• mastering the basics of SQL query language
• experience with journeys and automations

Nice to have but not must:

• salesforce Marketing Cloud certificate (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist)
• Experience in B2B business

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3165 Eur (gross) to 4748 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
