Financial Crime Data & Projects is a recently established team within the wider Financial Crime Prevention area. The team is primarily responsible for implementing the data agenda within 1st Line Financial Crime. We research, develop and maintain solutions to data problems related to Analytics, Data Science and other areas within Financial Crime Prevention. Also, we engage in close dialogue with internal stakeholders on a number of data remediation activities on the path to becoming an even more data-driven institution.

We are looking for someone interested in the world of data and keen to learn more about it, appreciates the importance of structure and being organised when dealing with several stakeholders with diverse needs and priorities, but also shows good communication and collaboration skills to promote relationship building with stakeholders. You can work alone but know when to team up or ask for help.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

• Identify and analyse business and customer needs when it comes to data
• Translate business requirements into requirements for the data analysts or the IT developers
• Assist to facilitate data remediation activities
• Map documentation needs and assess gaps
• Work closely with our stakeholders across Financial Crime, IT and the rest of the wider Financial Crime Data Capabilities team so that our partners’ data needs are met

We expect you to have:

• 2 – 3 years of previous experience gathering business requirements and translating them for analysts/developers
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to facilitate initiatives
• Exposure to the world of data and reporting
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau or Alteryx

The following qualifications are relevant but not required:

• Knowledge of data management/data governance best practices
• Experience in a regulated sector
• Working knowledge of a Nordic language

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
