Compliance officer

We currently have an engaging role for a Compliance Officer to join our Legal department.

The successful candidate will have good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills and experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate compliance of the third parties to international sanctions regimes, performing sanction screening and other due diligence tasks related to potential partners;
• To ensure the compliance of the activity of the Company and its subsidiaries with legal acts regulating the prevention of money laundering, corruption, and the financing of terrorism;
• To ensure that the Company and its subsidiaries cooperate only with lawfully acting persons with reliable performance records;
• Other daily tasks related to Company’s compliance with AML/KYC Laws.

Requirements:

• Good computer literacy.
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of AML, Anti-Corruption, and Fraud, sanctions compliance regulation would be a benefit.
• Analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail.
• Ethical approach and ability to remain impartial and independent.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
