YOUR TASKS

Learning and Development specialist is analyzing the training needs of employees, advising in the selection of initial and continuous training, conduct training effectiveness measures, support the implementation of learning media, conduct training quality checks, administration of training budget, liaising with Purchasing, Controlling and Travel departments. Main tasks are:

  • Assisting in the assessment of the onboarding and annual further training needs, deriving concepts and developing detailed further training concepts in consultation with the relevant business management areas;
  • Conduct analyses regarding the assessed qualification needs, executing the implementation of these measures, estimating internal training costs, and assisting in training budget administration;
  • Observing and analyzing the market for further training programs and seminars, obtaining and comparing different offers and providers of qualification measures;
  • Advising employees and managers on questions regarding the company's general training programs and on specific qualification topics;
  • Coordinating the group composition and controlling the qualification measures under efficiency and effectiveness aspects, and handover of procedures to the seminar management for further processing;
  • Coordinating the training organization as far as they are conceived and/or implemented by HELLA training policy and assisting in implementing learning media (such as eLearning) and other tools. 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate in HR Management, business administration or social education (college or university);
  • Experience in organizing trainings more than 1 year;
  • Basic understanding of local suppliers for training market;
  • Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, SAP; social networks;
  • Very good English AND Lithuanian language skills;
  • Good analytical and teamwork skills, proactiveness.

Praėjus maždaug dešimt mėnesių, 2018 m. rugpjūčio mėn., pradėta pirmoji serijinė elektronikos komponentų gamyba, o vėliau pradėti gaminti elektroniniai sensoriai, aktuatoriai ir įvairios paskirties valdymo moduliai, skirti Europos automobilių gamintojų produkcijai.


Šiuo metu „HELLA Lithuania“ dirba apie 300 darbuotojų. Spartus augimas numatomas ir toliau.
