We are looking for a full-time Change Manager in the Change Management team to join our newly established Data Protection and Data Management programme with more than 100 employees working towards a shared goal. The programme will impact a lot of people at Danske Bank, which is why we need to focus on change management and help the organisation adapt to the new changes.
In this role, you will be anchored in the Data Protection unit, which is a part of Technology & Services. The Change Management team consists of a Change Management Lead, a part-time Change Manager, and a Communication Specialist.
Together with the rest of the Change Management team, you will develop, plan and implement strategic initiatives and deliverables with the goal of creating sustainable solutions for how the organisation is working with data.
We are hiring in both Lithuania and Denmark. You will therefore work in either Brabrand or Høje Taastrup, Denmark, or in Vilnius, Lithuania.
You will:
- Design and implement a change management strategy, including tools, KPIs, and alignment with the overall Danske Bank strategy
- Drive the transformation across the organisation by coordinating with cross-functional teams, project managers, and the wider organisation to ensure the implementation of changes
- Enable the use of change management tools to measure and track the progress with implementing the changes and plan new activities based on results
- Prepare materials and create frameworks to support the change management strategy
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with programme stakeholders, managers, and defined target groups
About you:
- Previous work experience with change management methodologies and tools (preferably working as a Change Manager, Project manager or similar in a global organisation)
- Experience working with large and complex projects/programmes
- Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across all organisational levels (you will have weekly dialogues)
- Proactive, able to take ownership and transform ideas into concrete tasks
- Structured and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and a tendency to speak up as the best results will be achieved by having open dialogues
- A good critical sense and ability to drive change despite resistance from employees and managers
- Certified in Prosci Change Practitioner or similar change management certifications (would be a bonus)
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2800 EUR to 4200 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
