As an Assistant Manager in the Go-to-Market team, you will drive the development and implementation of content marketing and SEO strategies across Europe to meet our registration, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets. You will be comfortable analyzing and using data to recommend robust marketing initiatives. You have worked on content development and optimization projects and have an interest in cross-channel campaigns which include website personalization and optimization.

Role Responsibilities

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and improve conversion rate ensuring great user experience.

  • Creating organic growth frameworks including SEO and ASO, liaising, and executing across the region.

  • Web Analytics and Reporting – website performance, site analytics, mobile attribution.

  • Responsible for content strategy as well as managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Planning, development, and execution of acquisition initiatives including SEO and CRO implementing website messaging and promotion as part of local marketing strategy.

  • Collaborating with specialist agencies and internal teams to deliver high-standard advertising and interactive content.

  • Working with the internal CRM/DCO team and coordinating cross-functional omnichannel integrated projects.

  • Managing implementation, tracking, and measurement of complex CRO initiatives including multi-platform tracking solutions (technical knowledge about tracking parameters and how to test these).

  • Strong attention to detail and delivery of regular reports of content performance, including web/App analysis, evaluation of KPIs and ways to optimize future activities.

  • Growing and learning whilst sharing what is working and what is not with team members from all over the world.

Role Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.

  • 3+ years of content marketing and developing experience.

  • Proficient SEO knowledge and expertise (onsite and offsite).

  • Skills and experience across Owned Channels.

  • Research or analytics experience, extensive knowledge in web analytics and channel attribution that reaction-driven driven recommendations.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to be able to put ideas into a roadmap, drive initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze and draw recommendations for SEO/SEA holistically.

  • Deep knowledge of web optimization and UX best practices.

  • Interest in web/app innovations and best practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that span cultural differences.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2283 - 3541 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
