Your Responsibilities

• Participate in developing the Region’s long-term strategy and annual business plans. Align the Region‘s objectives with Companies business strategy. Active participation in strategic planning, transport infrastructure development, equipment & drivers planning. Ensuring execution of business by process alignment and team efficiency.
• Meet assigned targets for profitability of own fleet by efficient planning and execution of assigned business.
• Oversee the equitable allocation of organization objectives across all transport division and ensure all transport management teams are held accountable for assigned results.
• Provide leadership to the division‘s management team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
• Manage expenditures and perform within budget allocation.
• Effectively partner cross-functionally with Customer Care, Forwarding, Planning, Sales, etc. to achieve performance objectives and strategic goals for the business.

Our expectations

•Not less than  5 years leadership experience working with a transport  team.
•At least 2 years of experience in business management team.
•Solid knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics.
•Knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, standards and the company‘s provided services (advantage).
•Ability to coordinate and control activities for maximum results.
•Ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
•Good organizational and communication skills. Positivity, leadership, ability to assemble a motivated team.
•Excellent English language skills.
•Orientation towards the goal and achievement of results, responsibility for the results of the team.
•Proactivity, flexibility, openness to changes and innovations. Willingness to constantly improve, openness to feedback.

The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.
