Role Summary:

Dexcom is seeking a CRM specialist to ensure that we maximise the adoption of the CRM system being used by our sales teams. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the EMEA Sales Operations Team and collaborate closely with Customer Facing Sales Teams, IT Service Providers and other key stakeholders to ensure that the CRM system is used effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and responding to support requests in an efficient manner (liaising with IT service providers, where necessary, to ensure system continuity, providing ad hoc support to individuals as requested).
• Ensuring that Healthcare Professional and Organisation data held within the CRM system is maintained to high standards.
• Provide CRM insights, focussed on reporting, data management and sales process, to support a growing business.
• Working closely with the Sales teams to ensure that relevant system training needs are identified and provided.
• Support special projects designed to improve commercial performance and/or expand capabilities.
• Complete external CRM certification programmes to build your own expertise and to enhance the quality of support (both proactive and reactive).
• Other responsibilities include supporting initiatives that build and expand Dexcom’s Sales Operations capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• You have 2+ years of relevant business experience and have a desire to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
• Effective and You have previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Veeva, IQVIA OCE, salesforce preferred).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Technical aptitude to include Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
• You may have experience of working with third party medical data providers e.g. IQVIA, Veeva OpenData or Binley’s.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,700 EUR gross.
