Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Administer and monitor automated processes in the production environment;
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems that arise in day to day running of UiPath infrastructure;
• Report, track, and escalate arising issues/incidents;
• Review logs, investigate business and system exceptions to meet service level agreements and quality requirements;
• Cooperate with RPA Developers and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of automated processes;
• Perform capacity analysis and allocate process workloads accordingly;
• Request accesses, coordinate deployment process and ensure processes were tracked and run as scheduled;
• Serve as the first point of contact of process owners for inquiries, assist in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required;
• Other Ad hoc duties as needed;

We expect that You:

• Are student in technical, IT or business discipline;
• Are willing to learn using automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate);
• Have IT mindset and enthusiasm to develop knowledge of technologies and process automation solutions;
• Are analytical thinking, attention to details and problem-solving skills;
• Have good communication skills, supporting effective issue resolution and troubleshooting;
• Are able to organize time effectively.
