FINANCIAL ANALYST (F/M/D) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are looking for a colleague who would join our experienced finance and investment team and contribute to the transactions shaping the energy sector. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Contribution to assessment and execution of M&A transactions and investments in renewable energy sector
• Building and maintaining financial valuation models
• Financial analysis, forecasting of cash flows and review of assumptions for new investment opportunities
• Preparation of materials to the board (presentations, memorandums, approval papers etc.)
• Coordination of the transaction processes with internal and external counterparties 
• Provide support in preparation and review of the transaction documentation (NBOs, Term Sheets, etc.) 
• Research of the energy markets and preparation of insights  
• Organization of tenders for the professional services (e. g. advisors for financial/tax due diligence).

• Have a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or equivalent 
• Have at least 2 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, investment management or a related field
• Are skilled in building valuation models and MS Excel
• Have excellent command of English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal & written). Proficiency in any other European language would be considered as an advantage
• Have high motivation, ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under strict deadline
• CFA, ACCA or similar certificate would be an advantage.
