Job description

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the existing and new customers.
Search for potential corporate clients and offering innovative IT services (electronic data interchange - EDI).
Consult customers, analyze their business requirements, understand their objectives and critical success factors.
Manage customer projects throughout the sales and implementation cycle: establish contacts, make offers, negotiate, close deals, set tasks for IT Project Managers, confirm that the service is up and running, help onboard customers’ partners.
Record customer information and interactions in the CRM system (offers, contracts, memos, notes etc).
Participate in marketing and communications with customers: direct emails, website, blog and events (seminars, conferences, lectures).

Requirements

University degree or equivalent to it.
At least 3 years experience in B2B sales.
Proficient Lithuanian and English language skills.
Experience in IT sector, logistics, Lithuanian FMCG retail market would be considered as an advantage.
