Management Coordinator for Markets

This is a fixed-term (maternity cover) contract.

As management coordinator in Markets, you will become part of an international workplace working across Denmark, Lithuania and India. You will have a wide range of tasks and you will quickly increase your responsibilities over time while assisting a senior management team consisting of 4 leaders.You will be part of Business Management, which is a team of 9 employees supporting the senior management across Markets through different roles.
You will:
- Facilitate and assist with prioritisation of management tasks, management delegations, communications, documentation
- Perform administrative support including calendar management, arrangement and preparation of meetings and meeting material, travel and visa arrangements or assistance with on- and offboarding
- Participate in the management meetings as an active member of the team, for that reason maintaining confidentiality, having tact and diplomacy will be extremely important
- Organizing and coordinating events within a Markets cluster
About you:
- You are a structured person with great eye for details
- Have excellent communication skills
- Proactive, positive and have can-do-attitude with a delivery mind-set
- Ready to work in fast-paced environment and set priorities in a right manner
- You are ambitious and always looking for new ways to add value
- Experience from a similar job would be considered as an advantage
- Upper-intermediate English both written and verbal
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
