Requirements:
- Higher education (pharmaceutical, chemistry, natural sciences or management is an advantage);
- Successful management experience in manufacturing companies (experience in chemical, pharma-ceutical, and biotechnology sectors are an advantage);
- Experience in international markets: finding and attracting new customers and partners, introducing new products to the market;
- Knowledge of the structure and operating principles of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company and production processes;
- Knowledge of the principles of good manufacturing practice;
- Knowledge of LEAN methods and experience in their application;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, good negotiation skills;
- Extra mile attitude, strong leadership skills, initiative, engagement, proactivity and collaboration.
Job description:
- Development and expansion of the company, strategy creation and implementation;
- Increasing the visibility of the company and actively engaging in the search for potential clients and partners;
- Negotiating contract terms, and participating in strategic negotiations with suppliers, equipment manufacturers, potential customers or partners;
- Active involvement in improving various processes within the company;
- Representing the company and communicating with regulatory and supervisory authorities;
- Active interest in market news, generating ideas, and identifying opportunities;
- Working directly with the management team;
- Monitoring and managing the financial performance of the company;
- Reporting to shareholders on the company’s performance, making and justifying strategic pro-posals/ideas to shareholders.
