Chief Risk Officer

Currently we are looking for Chief Risk Officer who would take an ownership of risk management process of Girteka Logistics business. We would like to trust the Chief Risk Officer with developing the strategic risk management vision and delivering that strategy to the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of organization risk management, proactively initiate risk controls for future business expansion globally
• Ensures the organization's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations and strategic imperatives of the organization
• Oversees or monitors all operational risk management activities of the organization
• Designs, monitors and analyzes risks within the company's business units, conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks and evaluate the gravity of each risk by considering its consequences
• Operate as the ultimate point of escalation for any and all matters related to organizational risk
• Implement the risk incident management system and delivering risk incident reports for senior management
• Conduct workshops for risk analyses and coordinate risk analysis group’s
• Improve risk awareness by providing consultations and training within the organization

Our expectations:

• Previous experience in a Risk Management working for a large company
• Knowledge of Risk Management standards (ISO, COSO, etc)
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving attitude
• Ability to understand broader business issues
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
