The opportunity
Currently EY is looking for a Sales Development Representative for our Lithuanian practice, who will support the team in various sales processes in Lithuania. Your role will be a part of our Tax service line team. Also, you will assist the team in various sales administrative tasks. Your main role will be establishing active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
Your key responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Establish close contact with future clients and let them know about products and services available and generate sales
- Supply product and pricing information to address client requests
- Maintain accurate client database by creating and updating client profile
- Prepare presentations and proposals
- Provide technical and administrative support
- Perform market research and performance analysis
- Manage ad-hoc requests from a team lead, present results in weekly meetings
Skills and attributes for success
Your communication and selling skills will help you to succeed in this position. You should be persistent, willing to succeed and keen to face challenging situations and opportunities.
To qualify for the role you must have
- From 2 years of experience as a Sales assistant / Sales administrator or related position
University degree or student in Business administration / Marketing or related area - Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate
- Focusing on continued learning and improvement
- Being persistent and goal oriented
- Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects
- High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Good understanding of Lithuanian business and economic environment
- Proactiveness, orientation to results
- Good time-management skills

Our innovative office
Our Vilnius office was created together with our employees, following their needs, suggestions and preferences. We build our friendly, innovative, comfortable and modern office in the heart of Vilnius city – Paupys.
We also have remote workplaces in Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai and provide flexible work-from-home conditions to all employees.
