Process SubTeam Lead

In Girteka, we seek excellence in everything we do. To ensure smooth SAP ERP suite (S/4 Hana, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, TM etc.) implementation process, at the moment we are finalizing EXPLORE phase and we are looking for a Process SubTeam Lead, who would support and coordinate data migration activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify data owners and sources in cooperation with Business representatives.
• Organize and contribute to data extraction, collection, mapping, and validation.
• Ensure smooth communication with Business, project management and technical teams.
• Track and manage the progress of assigned Data migration activities.
• Work closely with end-to-end business process areas and the Data Quality / Migration project teams.
• Work self-directed and independently, act as subject matter expert to help other team members.
• Create Data Quality Action Plans (DQAP) to identify data readiness activities (Cleanse, Construct and / or Enrich data) that must be performed to ensure high quality data is ready for migration.
• Run and execute DQAPs to their completion to include Data Cleansing, Construction and Enrichment.
• Coordinate Pre and Post load Data Validation activities for Data Migration and ensure the proper approvals are received and recorded.

Our expectations

• Higher education, 2+ years of experience in finance accounting.
• Hands-on experience in working with data and/or in large projects. Experience working in ERP Implementation project environment and experience with SQL database is an advantage.
• Strong motivation, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect with internal business partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. SAP experience would be a big advantage.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English. Russian would be considered as an advantage.

The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.
