Luminor is offering employment for people displaced by the invasion of Ukraine. We are a dynamic, Pan-Baltic bank with a diverse team and have a number of great professional opportunities available both in business and support functions.

What You Will Do:

• Study and understand the company’s business processes and applications, including the impact on BI & Data
• Analyze requirements and translates these to the functional specifications
• Perform impact analysis and high-level assessment of scope of the change, impacted source systems etc.
• Design technical solutions, database structures and align the changes in source systems
• Design, build and support the components of data warehouse and other BI solutions, such as ETL processes, databases and BI tools
• Identify and document the requirements for BI components by working with end users
• Establish system documentation and ensure it is continually sustained
• Assist in Unit Integration testing activities and User Acceptance Testing
• Cooperate with business stakeholders, IT and BI & Data team members in description of functional requirements, creation of SLA(s) and impact assessments.

What We Expect:

• Professional experience with SQL
• Experience with Banking products
• Understanding about accounting processes
• Professional experience in requirements gathering and creation of documentation
• Understanding of Project methodologies – Waterfall, Agile
• Good cooperation and communication skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Higher education in Economics, Finances, IT or Mathematics
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
